Do you only help tourists?
No. LOHEP can assist international visitors, business travelers, expatriates and others who need local help in Korea.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the request, complexity, time and any third-party expenses involved. You will receive the expected cost before confirming the service.
Can you arrange transportation?
LOHEP can assist with arranging transportation through appropriate third-party transportation providers when available. LOHEP itself does not provide unlicensed passenger transportation or driving services.
Can you handle urgent requests?
Yes, subject to availability. Clearly mark your message as urgent and include the required timing.
What if my request isn’t listed?
Send it anyway. Special requests are an important part of LOHEP.
Is payment required in advance?
Payment terms depend on the type of request. Any required deposit or advance payment will be clearly explained before confirmation.
